Lauren Amason is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. For younger clients, Lauren utilizes play therapy techniques to help them express themselves and process emotions in a way that feels natural to them. For all clients, she provides individualized care, tailoring therapy to meet each person’s specific needs. A proud Double Eagle, Lauren completed both her undergraduate and graduate programs at Georgia Southern University. In addition to her work as a counselor, she is a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) with a specialized focus on helping school counselors transition to full licensure as Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC). Lauren’s compassionate approach and dedication to her clients’ well-being make her a trusted partner on the journey toward healing and personal growth.

Georgia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in helping couples reconnect when “life” has caused them to drift apart. Trained in Gottman’s Couples Therapy, a research-based approach, she works with couples looking to rebuild their emotional connection, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship. Georgia also supports individuals who feel overwhelmed by daily life, leading to anxiety and depression. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and work on strengthening their emotional well-being.
